Saffron & Co. was founded in 2018 by Isabelle Fontaine, a former food editor who grew frustrated with the gap between extraordinary culinary talent and the people who deserved to experience it.
We are not a restaurant. We are not a delivery service. We are curators — of flavour, of talent, of memory. We exist to connect the world's most discerning palates with the chefs, ingredients, and experiences that will define their culinary lives.
