Saffron & Co. was founded in 2018 by Isabelle Fontaine, a former food editor who grew frustrated with the gap between extraordinary culinary talent and the people who deserved to experience it.

We are not a restaurant. We are not a delivery service. We are curators — of flavour, of talent, of memory. We exist to connect the world's most discerning palates with the chefs, ingredients, and experiences that will define their culinary lives.

First Supper Club

Our inaugural Supper Club sold out in 48 hours, welcoming 40 guests to an unforgettable evening with Chef Elena Marchetti.

Meal Kit Launch

During a year of change, we brought restaurant-grade ingredients and chef-crafted recipes directly to our members' homes.

Chef Partnership Programme

Food Travel Debut
