These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Saffron & Co. website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Saffron & Co. website (saffronandco.com) and any associated services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Our Services

Saffron & Co. provides luxury culinary experiences including, but not limited to:

  • · Private dining experiences
  • · Luxury meal kit delivery
  • · Chef partnership events
  • · Curated food travel experiences
  • · Supper Club membership and events
  • · Gift experiences and gift cards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Payments

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

For bespoke experiences and food travel packages, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before the experience date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

In the event that Saffron & Co. cancels an experience, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any consequential losses arising from cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Saffron & Co. website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Saffron & Co. Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
